"Location and size was great for 4 adults and a baby. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants just 2 minutes away. The metro was also very accessible and only a few minutes away, also if you wanted to walk to most attractions then you could walk for hours without noticing!"

"I could not say I didn’t like anything, the only downside was there is no windows downstairs but plenty light and it is spacious. Upstairs had all the natural light."

"1 wc accross two floors so a bit inconvenient, 1 shower - so some juggling needed if yoy travel in a group with wc and shower :) 2 beds are in the basement, some may not like it but actually it has good conditioning system and silent for those who hate noisy streets at night!"

"Jade, the host is AMAZING! Our luggage was delayed for over 3 days and Jade assisted us to make it a much less stressful experience. From providing guidance on where to get essentials to liaising with luggage delivery and letting them in so we didn't have to stay home and miss out on planned activities. She was constantly available to assist with questions and help us. The location is one of the best you'll get. Not only is it a great street with walkable cafe's restaurants and shops (great vintage shopping!) it is close (less than 10min, the closest 2min!) to 5 metro stops so we were able to catch the metro via any line, making travel around the city quick and easy. There are 4 beds (2 pull outs) so plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 teens that take up a lot of space."

"Total personal preference- the toilet is located upstairs so if you are downstairs in the main bedroom, and like me a multiple times a night riser, it's not the best location. Lovely facilities though and well stocked. We hit Paris in a heatwave so note there is no air conditioning if you want an air-conditioned space - BUT Jade has everything set up to keep you nice and cool, from fans (portable & overhead fans) and the ability to let air flow move through the apartment so it was really comfortable."

Piensan que los pasajeros van a comprar andar llevando desde ollas hasta elementos de limpieza. Tener esas cosas disponibles hace que sea una mejor estadía. Muy buena predisposición de los anfitriones. Hubo un problema con el lavarropas, pero ofrecieron una alternativa."
